The 80/20 call: most small teams should not start on Hootsuite. Buffer or Later covers scheduling for a fraction of the cost. Hootsuite earns its price when listening, competitive benchmarking and a shared customer care inbox are core to the job. Our Hootsuite review covers that trade-off.
