Clockify Pricing (2026): Free Plan, Every Paid Plan and Team Costs

Clockify has a free plan and four paid plans priced per seat. Free covers up to 5 users with unlimited tracking. Basic costs $3.99, Standard $5.49, Pro $7.99 and Enterprise $11.99 per seat per month billed annually. Monthly billing costs $4.99 to $14.99. Annual billing saves 20 percent.

Is Clockify really free?

Yes. Clockify Free costs $0 for up to 5 users, and Clockify’s FAQ says you can “track as much time as you want and invite up to 4 people for free.” Free includes the timer, timesheet, auto tracker, calendar, mobile and desktop apps, Pomodoro timer, idle detection, integrations, team activity and reports.

The catch is report history. Clockify’s plan comparison says “the data range on the FREE plan is 1 month,” so you cannot run a quarter or year view without upgrading. Support is available on every plan, including Free. Our free time tracking tools list ranks Clockify first among free plans.

How much does Clockify cost per seat?

Clockify costs $3.99 to $11.99 per seat per month billed annually, or $4.99 to $14.99 billed monthly. Per year, that is $47.88 for Basic, $65.88 for Standard, $95.88 for Pro and $143.88 for Enterprise per seat. Every active or invited user, including the Owner, takes a seat.

Deactivated users free their seat. Clockify charges a prorated price for seats added mid-cycle, and annual seats are prepaid for the year. Clockify prices exclude tax; VAT is added at checkout where required.

What does each Clockify plan include?

Clockify’s paid plans each add one theme. Basic adds administration, Standard adds timesheets and billing, Pro adds profit and productivity tools, and Enterprise adds security controls. Each plan includes everything in the plan below it.

Basic

Clockify Basic costs $3.99 per seat per month billed annually. Clockify labels it “Administration”: bulk edits, kiosk, time audit, project templates, rate updates on past entries, imports and customized exports.

Standard

Clockify Standard costs $5.49 per seat per month billed annually. It adds time off, invoicing and recurring invoices, approval, lock time, attendance and overtime, targets and reminders, the Manager role, task rates, rounding and QuickBooks integration.

Pro

Clockify Pro costs $7.99 per seat per month billed annually. It adds activity monitoring, scheduling, forecasting, expenses, labor cost and profit, budgets and estimates, custom and user fields, multiple currencies, email reports, alerts, force timer, GPS tracking, kiosk photo capture and a choice of data region (EU, UK, USA or Australia).

Enterprise

Clockify Enterprise costs $11.99 per seat per month billed annually. It adds single sign-on (SAML, Office 365, Okta, Google), a custom subdomain, SCIM provisioning, control accounts and an audit log.

What does Clockify cost for a whole team?

A 10-person team pays $478.80 a year on Clockify Basic, $658.80 on Standard, $958.80 on Pro or $1,438.80 on Enterprise, billed annually. A team of 5 or fewer can stay on Free if it does not need more than 1 month of report history.

What other Clockify costs should you know?

Clockify’s other costs are kiosk seats, the no-refund policy and the bundle. Kiosk-only “limited” users cost $0.79 per seat per month on Basic, $1.19 on Standard, $1.59 on Pro and $2.39 on Enterprise, billed annually. Clockify does not refund payments except for system errors.

• Kiosk limited seats. Limited users can only track time from a shared kiosk device. Basic is $0.79 billed annually ($0.99 monthly) and Standard is $1.19 ($1.49 monthly).
• No refunds. Clockify says, “We don’t offer refunds,” and recommends starting the free 7-day trial before paying.
• CAKE.com Bundle. The bundle includes the Enterprise version of Clockify plus Plaky and Pumble and saves 53 percent on paid subscriptions. It excludes Clockify data regions.
• Dedicated success representative. Free concierge onboarding applies from 120 seats on Basic, 90 on Standard, 60 on Pro, 40 on Enterprise or 30 on the Bundle.

How does Clockify pricing compare to Toggl and Harvest?

Clockify is the cheapest of the three. Clockify Basic is $3.99 per seat per month billed annually, versus $9 for Toggl Starter and $9 for Harvest Teams. Clockify’s free plan also covers the most people: 5 users, against 3 on Toggl and 1 seat on Harvest.

Which Clockify plan should you choose?

Choose Free for up to 5 people who only need tracking and recent reports. Choose Standard if you invoice clients or need approvals, because Basic does not include invoicing. Choose Pro for budgets, expenses and profit. Choose Enterprise only for SSO, SCIM or an audit log.
