Webflow Pricing (2026): Every Plan and What Teams Actually Pay

Webflow pricing for 2026: Basic $15, Premium $25 site plans, workspace seats, ecommerce and add-ons, plus real costs and the Nov 16 plan change.

Webflow pricing has two layers: a Site plan per website and a Workspace plan per team. Site plans run from free (Starter) to $15 per month (Basic) and $25 per month (Premium) billed yearly, or $25 and $39 billed monthly. Ecommerce plans start at $29 per month. Workspace plans and extra seats are billed on top. Most solo builders need only one Site plan. Teams should budget for seats, which cost $39 per month each for full designers.

How much does Webflow cost per month?

Webflow costs $0 to $39 per month per site on its self-serve Site plans. Basic costs $15 per month billed yearly or $25 billed monthly. Premium costs $25 per month billed yearly or $39 billed monthly. Ecommerce plans cost $29, $74 or $212 per month billed yearly. The Team plan costs $2,500 per month on an annual contract.

Yearly billing is the single biggest discount Webflow offers. Basic drops 40% ($25 to $15) on yearly billing, and Premium drops about 36% ($39 to $25). Webflow’s pricing page advertises this as “Save up to 40%.”

Every price is per site. Two published marketing sites on Premium cost $50 per month billed yearly, before any Workspace plan or seats. Webflow also states that you pay the remainder of the term if you cancel.

What’s the difference between a Webflow Site plan and a Workspace plan?

A Webflow Site plan pays for one website’s hosting, custom domain and limits such as pages, CMS items and bandwidth. A Workspace plan pays for the team environment: staging sites, seats, collaboration roles, custom code on staged sites and code export. Every account gets a free Starter Workspace, and paid Site plans work inside any Workspace tier.

Webflow sells two families of Workspace plans. The team family has Core and Growth. The freelancer and agency family has Freelancer and Agency.

Agency$35/mo$42/moUnlimited3 free client seats per site, unlimited Shared Libraries, 400 AI credits

Seats are the cost line most teams miss. Each Workspace includes one full seat for the owner. Extra full seats cost $39 per month billed yearly ($45 monthly), and limited seats for content editors cost $15 per month ($19 monthly). Reviewer and commenter seats are free.

What changed in Webflow pricing in 2026?

On May 13, 2026, Webflow merged its CMS and Business Site plans into one Premium plan at $25 per month billed yearly or $39 monthly. Basic rose to $15 yearly or $25 monthly. Existing sites move to the new plans at their next renewal or billable change on or after June 29, 2026, or November 16, 2026 for some accounts.

The November 16, 2026 date applies to sites in Freelancer or Agency Workspaces and to sites on legacy pricing from 2022 or earlier, according to Webflow’s help center. Webflow says switching from monthly to yearly billing before your date locks in the current plan for one more year. For agencies, that deadline is the most time-sensitive line on this page.

The change cuts both ways for former Business customers. Premium costs less than Business did ($25 vs. $39 billed yearly), and the CMS item limit doubles from 10,000 to 20,000. Included bandwidth halves from 100 GB to 50 GB, though. Webflow’s own example shows a Business site using 150 GB going from $59 to $65 per month once bandwidth add-ons are counted.

What does Webflow actually cost for a real project?

A personal portfolio on Webflow costs $180 per year on Basic. A marketing site with a blog costs $300 per year on Premium. A five-person marketing team with one Premium site costs about $1,824 per year once seats and a Core Workspace are added. The scenarios below use Webflow’s yearly list prices.

The freelancer rows show why the Workspace choice matters. Webflow’s Freelancer and Agency plans include “client payments,” which let clients put their own card on file for site plans. That moves $900 per year of hosting off the freelancer’s bill in the example above.

How much does Webflow ecommerce cost?

Webflow Ecommerce costs $29 per month for Standard, $74 for Plus and $212 for Advanced, billed yearly. Monthly billing costs $42, $84 and $235. Standard includes 500 ecommerce items and charges a 2% transaction fee. Plus and Advanced charge 0% and include 5,000 and 15,000 items.

The 2% fee decides which plan is cheaper. On yearly billing, Plus costs $45 per month more than Standard, which equals 2% of $2,250 in monthly sales. A store selling more than $2,250 per month pays less on Plus. Webflow notes that its fee is “in addition to Stripe or Paypal processing fees.”

Webflow’s own help article says nothing changed for Ecommerce plans in the May 2026 update. Our Webflow review explains when a product-first store belongs on a dedicated commerce platform instead.

What hidden costs come with Webflow?

Webflow’s hidden costs are seats, bandwidth add-ons, paid add-ons and the monthly-billing premium. None of them are hidden on the pricing page, but they sit below the plan cards. The five to price before you commit are listed below.

  • Seats. Extra full seats cost $39 per month each billed yearly; limited seats cost $15.
  • Bandwidth. Premium includes 50 GB. Extra bandwidth starts at +50 GB for $20 per month billed yearly ($30 monthly).
  • Analyze, Optimize and Localize. Analyze starts at $9 per month, Optimize at $299 per month, and Localize at $9 per month, all billed yearly.
  • AI credits. Workspace plans include 200 to 400 AI credits. An extra 2,000 credits per month costs $20 billed yearly.
  • Exports. Code export needs a paid Workspace plan. Webflow says CMS content exports collection by collection, forms stop working, and exported code “can’t be reimported.”

Support is by email on self-serve plans, per Webflow’s FAQ, which says it aims to reply to support requests within 48 hours.

How does Webflow pricing compare to Framer and Squarespace?

Framer is cheaper to start, with Basic at $10 per month billed yearly. Squarespace has no free plan and starts at $19 per month billed yearly. Webflow Basic at $15 sits between them, but Webflow Premium at $25 offers the largest CMS allowance of the three published on their pricing pages, at 20,000 items.

Which Webflow plan should you choose?

Choose Basic if your site has no blog or CMS content. Choose Premium as soon as you publish a blog, case studies or any collection-driven pages. Add a paid Workspace plan only when a second person needs to design, or when you need code export. Talk to Webflow about Team only when governance needs justify $30,000 per year.

The 80/20 call is one Premium site on yearly billing with the free Starter Workspace. That setup costs $300 per year and covers most startup marketing sites. Spend on seats only for people who design pages. Give writers limited seats at $15, not full seats at $39.

Freelancers and agencies should pick a Freelancer or Agency Workspace and use client payments. Check your renewal date against November 16, 2026, before the new pricing reaches your client sites. Recommendations are editorial judgment under our evaluation methodology.

Frequently asked questions

Is Webflow free?

Yes, with limits. Webflow's Starter Site plan is free and publishes to a webflow.io subdomain with 2 static pages, 50 CMS items, 1 GB of bandwidth and 50 form submissions. You cannot connect a custom domain on Starter. Publishing to your own domain requires a paid Site plan, starting with Basic at $15 per month billed yearly.

Why is Webflow so expensive?

Webflow looks expensive because it bills sites and people separately. One Premium site costs $25 per month billed yearly, but every extra designer adds a $39 full seat. A team of five can therefore spend more on seats than on hosting. Solo builders who stay on the free Workspace pay only the Site plan.

Do I need a Workspace plan to publish a Webflow site?

No. A paid Site plan is what publishes a site to a custom domain, and Webflow says any Workspace tier, including the free Starter Workspace, supports unlimited paid Site plans. Paid Workspace plans add staging sites, collaboration roles, custom code on staged sites and code export.

What happened to the Webflow CMS and Business plans?

Webflow merged the CMS and Business Site plans into a single Premium plan on May 13, 2026. Premium costs $25 per month billed yearly or $39 monthly and includes 20,000 CMS items and 50 GB of bandwidth. Existing sites move to Premium automatically at their first renewal or billable change after their migration date.

When does the new Webflow pricing apply to existing sites?

The new Site plan pricing applies at your next renewal or billable change on or after June 29, 2026, for most existing sites. For sites in Freelancer or Agency Workspaces, or on legacy pricing from 2022 or earlier, the date is November 16, 2026. Switching to yearly billing first locks in the current plan for another year.

Is Webflow cheaper than WordPress?

It depends on what you count. Webflow's price includes hosting, SSL and a global CDN in one bill, starting at $15 per month billed yearly for Basic. A WordPress site's cost depends on separate hosting, themes and plugins, which vary widely. Compare total cost and maintenance time on our Webflow vs WordPress page.

Can I export my Webflow site and host it elsewhere?

Yes, on a paid Workspace plan. Webflow's FAQ says paid Workspace plans can export site code with no attribution required. Dynamic CMS content exports collection by collection, forms stop working after export, and Webflow cannot reimport exported code. Treat export as an exit path, not a two-way sync.
